3D Secure is an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions that's created to reduce fraud. With Mastercard© Identity Check™ technology, Cardholder identity is additionally checked at the time of purchase online.
When making a payment, after entering the payment card data on the online store page, you will be redirected to the Bank's page to confirm payment with One-Time Security Code (delivered to the Cardholder via SMS) or DIGIPASS code. Always look for your personal assurance message (entered during ID Check activation process at Magnetiq Bank Internet bank) before submitting One-Time Security Code or DIGIPASS code. If the Merchant does not participate in 3D Secure payments service, to complete a purchase, please follow the regular checkout process.
